LaunchCord provides Discord server setup, configuration, and managed bot hosting services ("the Service"). We create custom Discord servers with channels, roles, permissions, and automated bots based on your specifications. Monthly hosting fees cover 24/7 bot uptime, security updates, and priority support.
All prices are listed in USD. Setup fees are one-time charges due upon order confirmation. Monthly hosting fees are billed on a recurring basis starting from the date your server is delivered. Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice for existing customers.
Starter tier servers are delivered within 48 hours of order confirmation. Professional tier servers are delivered within 3–5 business days following a discovery call. Enterprise tier servers are delivered within 7–10 business days. These timelines are estimates and may vary based on complexity and customization requirements.
You retain full admin access and ownership of your Discord server. Bot source code remains the intellectual property of LaunchCord. Upon cancellation of hosting, your Discord server remains yours, but the managed bot will be taken offline. You may request a data export of your bot's configuration at any time.
You may cancel monthly hosting at any time with no cancellation fees. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Setup fees are non-refundable once server delivery has begun. If you are unsatisfied with the initial setup, contact us within 7 days for a resolution.
You agree not to use LaunchCord services for any purpose that violates Discord's Terms of Service or Community Guidelines. We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate hosting for servers that engage in harassment, hate speech, illegal activities, or other violations of Discord's policies.
We target 99.9% uptime for managed bot hosting. In the event of extended downtime exceeding 24 hours due to our infrastructure (not Discord outages), affected customers will receive a pro-rated credit for the downtime period. We will communicate any planned maintenance at least 48 hours in advance.
LaunchCord's total liability for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 3 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or data loss resulting from Discord platform changes or outages.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email to active customers at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
